By accessing or using MyPayslips, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, PayFast. By subscribing to MyPayslips, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the pricing plan you select. All payments are processed securely by PayFast, and their terms of service apply to all payment transactions.

  • Free trial period of 14 days with no payment information required
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Price changes will be notified in advance and take effect at renewal
  • Payment processing is handled securely by PayFast

3. Use of Service

Our service is designed to help South African businesses manage their payroll needs. You agree to use the service only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
